Historic Village and Mount Go Karts

Hi I’m having lunch at the Historic Village Cafe with my friends Adriaan, Shelly, Teriana and Maxine.

Today I got to experience one of my goals which was to go to the Mount Go Karts and watch them wizz round it was so cool.

 

Lunch at Yatton Park

We had lunch at Yatton Park before we went to the talent contest at Welrose was cool having lunch at the Park with my friends.

 

I had the best time going and watching my friends from Arohanui Te Puke compete in the talent contest at Wellrose.

 

People’s First and Coffee Club

Today we went to Peoples First, Yee spoke to us about the virus and keeping special needs people safe in the community.

Coffee Club today, I enjoyed going to the Marigold Cafe in Te Puke with my friends.

 

Magic Sow and trip to Waipuna Op Shop

Today we went on a really cool trip to a Magic Sow at Papamoa Plaza it was really cool

A group of myself and my friends went to the Waipuna Op Shop at Papamoa to have a look around.

 

Trip to the Mount

Massage and sensory time

Today I have enjoyed feeling and touching the new Sensory board that Megan made. Here I am dropping the cube off my tray and watching it fall onto the floor.

 

Cooking and music

This morning I was part of the cooking group and we made a chocolate slice which we will have with our coffee group this afternoon

We are playing dress ups to music, so when the music stops we have to quickly put on something it was heaps of fun.

Wearing masks and visit to Mitre 10

In Skills for Life today I got to practise wearing my face mask and the reasons why we need to wear them.

Today I went for a walk to Mitre 10 with my friend Jo it was great getting out for a walk.

At the Park and cooking group

Here I am at the Park hanging out with Bryn and I’m checking out our cricket bat.

Today I’m enjoying being part of the cooking group. We have made pikelets which we are going to put jam and cream on yum.

Playing the keyboard & Papamoa Plaza

Papamoa Park, and Yarn Bombing

I went on a really cool trip to Greerton to look at all the trees in town which have been Yarn Bombed,they were amazing. We went to Yatton Park to have lunch.

Today I went on an outing to Papamoa Park to feed the ducks.

Xmas Party - People’s First

What a great day this was, we had our mid winter Xmas party and it was so cool that Santa came and gave us all a gift. I got some animals that you put into water and watch them expand.

This was our first day back at People’s First, today we went over keeping ourselves safe during COVID-19.

Outing to Papamoa, Dress up’s and music

Hey guys I went on an outing to feed the ducks, we got to feed them cornflakes and guess what the ducks loved them.

I’m cracking up as Megan put on the tooty ta video and I thought it was hilarious.

Beach Trip/Cooking Group

Hi guys I went for an outing to Maketu Beach with my friends. I really enjoyed getting out even though it was a little bit cold. We went for a nice walk.
