Marshals 40th

 We had a birthday party for Marshall. He’s 40! Imagine that.

Washing and Gaming

I helped my friend Marshall tried to play video games. Thank goodness he cannot drive in real life based upon what I saw, no one would be safe.

 I also washed the van. It needed cleaning.

Nature and Hoovering

This is the park. I’m not sure what it’s called. Oliver Laurence or Laurence of Oliver or McLaughlin Park. The staff couldn’t decide. To me it was heaven, having been in the centre a bit this week.

What made it better was that everyone else came too.

Drama & Park outing

I went to drama to watch my friends practising for their next production at the end of the term. It was hilarious to watch because they will be doing “Christmas & the Gringe”. 

I went to the park to play ball and blow bubbles. Unfortunately we ran out of bubbles, so played with the ball under the big tree because it was so sunny. 

 

Prep work

I was helping Ian do some prep work for  our up and coming concert 

Science and technology we made a fishing pole with a magnet and caught some little fish 
 

Airport and construction

We went for a walk on Tuesday and stumbled across a construction sight 

We went to the airport with some of my friends from Arohanui we watched planes take off and land, there was a army plane there as well.

 

Sensory and drama

I had a sensory session with Megan at the centre today 

On Wednesday I went and watched my friends at drama, Kim always involves me in the drama sessions 

 

Crafts and pampering

In the morning I had culture group and acts ok kindness, I was helping make a macrame rainbow

Followed by a pamper group after lunch, I had my hair done, can you see a bit of green in it 

 

Karaoke and crafts

I was helping by holding the ball on wool, we were making a rainbow wall hanging 

I was listening and watching karaoke, was funny we were having lots of laughs 

 

Is it to Christmas shop

 

We went and took a look through the Christmas shop on Thursday there was some awesome displays 

Talent quest/ basket ball

 

Cause the weather has been so nice this week, we got out side for some fresh air and basket ball 

We also went to Wilrose for a talent quest, we came 2nd which was pretty good

Historic village visit with Ian

 

Ian took me to the historic village for a walk we looked in some art centres it was cool fun 

We also went to the Crystal and mineral shop, there  were so many beautiful things in there 

And art hanging from trees 

Friday fun day

 

We all came to the centre in our pjs today 

We played games all morning until we were all worn out, then after lunch we watched a movie 

Sensory in Greeton

I went to greeton for sensory and had one of the best sessions I couldn’t stop laughing at all the cool stuff we were doing 

I enjoy doing the sessions with my cool friend Jo

We went to the movies again and watched cocoa it was an awesome movie 

I really enjoy going to sensory at the greeton Arohanui.

 

Music lessons and library missions

I enjoyed playing the keyboard with music teacher Ian 

We went to the library to pick some books and read some stories 

 

Electronics and birthday cake

 

I went to Phil Booth electrical with Ian and looked at all the cool stuff that they had in there store 

I was surprised that that I had a birthday cake that I could share with all my friends, this made me happy 😃
